If you regularly use five-gallon buckets of chum, this will make setting up a long-lasting slick simple, quick and clean. Take the lid off the frozen bucket of chum and put a milk crate over it. Flip the bucket and crate over, and secure the bucket with two appropriately sized bungee cords. Clip your rope where the two bungees meet, and set it in the water. If you need to move, unclip the rope and set the bucket upright. A five-gallon bucket will last about four hours in 70-degree water using this method.
