The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) revealed that more than 70 ocean fisheries are making a strong comeback when the agency submitted its annual report to Congress. According to Status of U.S. Fisheries Report to Congress, the overall trend for many fisheries continues to be positive due to special management plans designed to rebuild the populations.
