TO ENTER. To enter, simply submit a saltwater fly-fishing photograph through one of the methods outlined. Once submitted, all entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned unless a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) is included for any return of materials.
DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES. On or about April 1, 2005 a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received by the Sponsor, whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. If any prize, prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent to use of his/her name and/or likeness without further compensation for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes by Sponsor. By participating and accepting prize, winners acknowledge compliance with these official rules.
PRIZE DETAILS. No cash equivalent or prize substitution will be offered.
VOTING. Votes are tabulated by readership via the online voting mechanism and may not be disputed. If Sponsors determine that any user or contestant is attempting to cheat the odds in favor of a particular photo, then the contest may be canceled or the Sponsor may elect to award the prize to an alternate winner, or to select no winner.
ELIGIBILITY. This contest is open all persons worldwide 18 years of age or older, except employees or families of World Publications (”Sponsor”) or Umpqua Merchants. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
OTHER CONDITIONS. The Sponsors reserve the right to alter any terms or conditions of this contest at any time, or to cancel this contest without notice.
