EdgeWater’s 208CC Watchman derives its moniker from the legendary guardian of the coast—the lighthouse keeper known as the watchman whose beacon ensures safe passage for mariners. Like this iconic profession steeped in tradition and resilience, the 208CC Watchman stems from EdgeWater’s early days when the late, great boat designer and brand founder Bob Dougherty reimagined how a small center-console fishing machine should look, function and ride. The 208CC doubles down on this concept with modern fishing features and comfortable amenities for today’s anglers. This includes a flat-black powder-coated hardtop frame, leaning post, bow rail and stern rail. There is also black-accented cool-touch upholstery, an 8-foot Power-Pole option, a black acrylic console faceplate, a gray dash pad atop the console, four gunwale rod holders, eight black rod holders, a 50-quart sliding cooler, a JL Audio premium sound system, a wireless phone charger at the helm, a large electronics box and more. Power comes in the form of a single 200 hp Yamaha outboard.
