With the changing season the redfish are starting to show in good numbers from Naples to the Lower 10,000 islands. Snook have been crushing bait from the outside points to the backcountry bays. This is the migration time for snook. They move from the outside passes and islands into the shallow bays further inland. Tarpon have still been strong near the outside islands for larger fish and Backcountry rivers and creeks for the smaller Kings. Large Topwater Flies in the morning and Muddlers, in different colors depending on the water color, have been working the best. It”s not to late to get that last Slam of the Year!
