After Dean-Guadeloupe

Quick recovering of the flats
boneFFISM.JPG

Hurricane Dean passed on Martinique the 17 of August, the island of Guadeloupe has just been hit by a huge swell that has partially washed the flats that were exposed to the swell (south east), the grand marin cove where we fished most of the time has not been hit. For the south east flats ,they already recover from the swell and average bonefish/permit sight are back to the normal now.
The fishing in the grand marin cove remain stable and we’ve caught baby tarpon from 5 to 30 lbs in mangroves or chanels.
Snook fishing is still good and the biggest of this summer was a 13 lbs.
