A new, non-profit organization is promoting educational and advocacy efforts to rebuild large-fish stocks in the ocean. The International Big Fish Network (IBFN) will work with commercial and recreational fishing interests to facilitate an international plan that backs long-term, sustainable stocks of tuna, marlin, swordfish, sharks, cod and halibut.
